How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to delete your data associated with SneakerBid, you can submit a request through the following methods:

1️⃣ Email Request:

• Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “User Data Deletion Request.”
• Include your full name and Facebook User ID for verification.

2️⃣ HelpDesk Support:

• Visit our HelpDesk at https://help.sneakerbid.co/en/
• Fill out the User Data Deletion Request Form under the privacy section.

3️⃣ In-App Request (if applicable):

• Navigate to Privacy Settings within SneakerBid and select “Request Data Deletion” to submit your request automatically.

Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 7-14 business days and confirm once all associated data has been permanently removed from our servers.
